Donna Walker is an experienced television Producer and Reporter. In addition to Washington, DC, her background includes television news work in Baltimore and across the country in Dallas, Tulsa and Missouri. She has worked on local and national broadcasts, including as Correspondent for BET News, and as Senior Producer for The Scott Report, a national newsmagazine on the Odyssey network which won several awards during her tenure.

A long-time volunteer with WABJ’s Urban Journalism Workshop (UJW) and other journalism programs, Walker has served as Director of WABJ’S Television workshop for the past seven years. She is Executive Producer of the workshop’s broadcast WABJ News. She is a strong advocate of journalism education and enjoys working with youth.

Walker is currently a freelance producer and reporter. She is a Missouri native and graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism. She lives in Columbia, Maryland.
