Juliet M. Beverly is a writer and online media professional in Washington, D.C., and is the BrainFacts.org Web Editor at the Society for Neuroscience (SfN).
Prior to SfN, Juliet was the Assistant Editor for bridges – an online magazine on S&T policy in the U.S. and E.U. published by the Office of Science & Technology at the Embassy of Austria.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in print journalism from Howard University in 2006, Juliet quickly became acquainted with the complexities of digital media. She gained experience at the former Gannett News Service, USATODAY.com, Youth Today newspaper, and the District Chronicles.
Juliet currently serves as Secretary and New Media Committee Chair for the Washington Association of Black Journalists and is a member of the D.C. Science Writers Association.
